Women's Health Physiotherapy & Pilates, Torquay

Pregnancy, Postnatal Rehab and Pelvic Floor Conditions

Women of All Ages, and Life Stages

SCPP is a women’s health practice offering pregnancy and postpartum treatment and wellness services to Torquay, Geelong and the Surfcoast. We are committed to empowering women to achieve their best quality of life by providing expert, compassionate, high-quality care.

SCPP can support you if you're pregnant or considering pregnancy.

The earlier we identify and treat any issues in pregnancy, the better your recovery post birth.

We can support you with an antenatal pelvic floor assessment, pelvic floor birth preparation, exercise in pregnancy, and perineal massage to help you stay strong and healthy in preparation for a good birth recovery.

We offer a range of rehabilitation and exercise solutions to help you feel strong and capable, rather than live with conditions associated with the child bearing years, such as pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor issues and abdominal separation.

Come in for a postnatal check from 6 weeks. We can support with birth recovery, back pain and getting your strength back. You are welcome to bring your baby.

Many women tell us they feel anxious about the changes happening to their bodies in peri-menopause and menopause. It's an area that's not often talked about publicly, is generally under serviced, and can have significant impacts on your health and overall wellbeing. We're here for you.
