Breast Physio SOS:
Managing Mastitis and Inflammatory Breast Conditions

For new mums experiencing blocked ducts, breast pain, or early signs of mastitis.

Learn how to recognise symptoms, apply safe self-treatment techniques, and know when to seek further help. Includes video demonstrations, feeding and self-care guidance, and expert advice for faster recovery.

Physio Rehab: The First 6 Weeks Post Surgery

This program has been designed specifically for women recovering from gynaecological, colorectal, pelvic or abdominal surgery, procedures such as hysterectomy, prolapse repair, colorectal surgery, pelvic surgery or hernia repair.

The first six weeks after surgery can feel a bit uncertain. You may be discharged with general advice to rest, but detailed guidance on safe movement, gentle exercise, and daily activity often comes later, around your six-week physiotherapy check.  This course is designed to bridge that gap, giving you practical strategies to support your healing from day one. It’s here to help you feel confident, supported, and safe as you navigate this early recovery period.
